I am a Realtor and I love what I do. I love helping people with their Real Estate needs. People laugh when I tell them I'm not a salesman. But it's true. I am not good at selling people things. I honestly feel my job is to be an adviser, educator and facilitator for my clients. I am a marketer, negotiator & contract specialist. For home buyers, my job is to educate, research, negotiate, analyze and advise my buyers through the entire house hunting and buying process. For home sellers, my job is to assess the value, prepare and stage the home, market, advertise, negotiate and advise them through the home selling process. For both buyers and sellers I am their contract and negotiation specialist with the goal to help them meet their Real Estate needs. I want to be their Realtor for life so it is imperative that my clients have a great Real Estate experience.
