Skylar is the absolute best realtor! He’s so easy to work with. He really listens to what you want in a home and finds exactly that and makes the stressful house buying process an absolute breeze!!! We had been looking for our first home for almost a year, Skylar was super patient, helpful and honest. He always checked in on us and answered any questions we had along the way! We had no clue what we were doing when purchasing our first home but he made it so easy and explained everything! We would recommend him to anyone!

One year ago this month Skylar changed our lives for the better! He found our house, I had totally missed the listing somehow! Once we stepped inside we knew it was home. He listens to what you want, understands what you need and makes the process seem flawless and simple. He is always calm, cool and collected…even when, inevitably, things do get tricky. He has great ideas and delivers them in a very respectable manner. He cares about what is important when it comes to both buying and selling. When talking through the offers we received he really put his heart into the conversation. We had lost our mom and found it important to sell her home to someone that cared and he found that and so much more in the buyers. I think about his kindness, responsibility and love almost daily as we bask in the comfort of our home. I would highly recommend Skylar and am extremely grateful for him and his team.

I’ve had the opportunity to see two sides of skylar. Through working within him on transaction through work & my own personal transaction. His guy is one of the most knowledgeable realtors out there. He is always communicating from the beginning of looking at house from the end to you signing your loan papers. Even follows up after the purchase to make sure the home is treating you well. We looked at 10 plus houses, he was a champ through it all even with how picky my husband was being. He always showed us more & never showed us anything weren’t interested in. We will forever use skylar! He made selling our first house & buying our next house to expand our family so easy.

Where do I start!!! Skylar The Man, The Myth, and The Legend. If you’re looking for a house in this tough housing market I’m sorry!!! It’s stressful and depressing. But you won’t be sorry you went with somebody that his dedication, is fierceness to all other competitors, and will get you the house you’ve been dreaming of. He is THE GUY that will turn down going out to dinner with his own fiancé just to make a deal. He’s a guy that turns down all his friends to make sure your house is in your name. He would probably leave the day his first born is being born to make a deal happen!! He’s a guy that’ll make sure at the end of the day if you are not happy he will make you happy by getting you the house of your dreams. Best realtor in PNW and In the world. This guy will do whatever he can to get you into the house of your dream. I had bought my first house about two weeks after leaving my old realtor and he also help me sell that same house 10 months later. About One year later I get back with him to get a new house and only two houses in we found our new home. Skyler is an amazing person. Some agents feel the need to get you to settle for what serves their best interests. This is not the kind of service Skylar provides. Let’s be honest…getting your house ready to list can be a bit daunting. But Skylar is so encouraging, flexible, and genuinely nice that you will never feel pressured in any way. He is extremely responsive and attentive. I have sold two homes and purchased two homes as well in the last three years. Skylar represented me with all of these transactions. I certainly know plenty of other real estate agents. None of them possess the even keeled demeanor Skylar executes during all phases of purchase and sale.
