We worked with several other realtors in South Florida before fortunately connecting with Spencer and his team. Spencer is a results oriented realtor and is by far the best we've worked with in that market. He goes above and beyond to prep your home for sale, study market comps, host open houses, create attractive marketing material and negotiate a great outcome for his clients. Our property faced significant competition and Spencer was able to generate strong traffic resulting in a successful sale. I would not hesitate to work with Spencer again and recommend him without reservation.

Spencer helped my sister and I find an apartment in Brickell, Miami. He was quick to respond, very helpful, and put in the extra effort to make us happy. Spencer was very professional, but balanced this in a way to make us feel very comfortable as he had our best interest at hand. We had specific requests, and he assisted us in tailoring to all of these. He continued to be patient with us through the whole journey (my sister and I were very picky about what we wanted), provided support at all times, and was very timely with all the paperwork. Spencer still checks up on us to make sure we are happy with our new place, and I'm very grateful for all the efforts he made - thanks to him, a very stressful journey turned into a pleasant one! I 100% recommend Spencer to everyone in need of a great realtor!!

After spending close to three years in search of a place to buy, Spencer was with us from the beginning until the end. We probably saw over (50) properties with Spencer and each time he was there to analyze the properties with us. He gave his candid feedback each time and literally got in the weeds at each property. His experience and expertise was most helpful for us as first time home buyers. When we finally found the right place, Spencer helped to get it all done and we closed within three weeks of identifying the property. I highly recommend Spencer and will engage him in any future properties. I not only consider Spencer our realtor….but now, also consider him a friend!

Spencer was very focused on our objectives in helping us to locate our forever home. He was patient and professional, and offered creative ideas to address some of the challenges during the negotiation process. The transaction required an extended closing period for the benefit of buyer and seller, which introduced complexities that needed to be addressed equitably for both parties. We have leveraged Spencer in three follow on transactions, and have referred him to friends countless times.

Although he is my son and I may have a biased opinion - Spencer has advised us regarding investments and properties not only here in Key Biscayne, but also the investment property we own in Wellfleet, MA on the outer cape as well as two other properties. He has a great work ethic and in my opinion works too often. I can recommend him without hesitation. 5 Stars
