Stacey’s goal is to create The Ultimate Real Estate Experience (#TUREE) for her clients. She wants to help relieve the stress of moving by striving for a smooth transaction, giving clients more time to focus on all the other aspects that come naturally with the sale or purchase of a home. Stacey prides herself in detailed knowledge of the current market, contracts and current laws, excellent negotiation skills, and her abundant experience of transaction knowledge. Clear and open communication with all parties is key! Knowing how to predict challenges that come with a sale, and how to overcome them to a successful closing is one of her greatest skills. Stacey strives to exceed the expectations of her clients and establish a "word of mouth" referral business, creating a lifetime of relationships!
Stacey started in the Real Estate industry in 2011 after buying her first home. It was a stressful, yet amazing experience, especially when they got the keys! She wanted to provide a better customer experience than what she had, so Stacey immediately jumped into the real estate world. Stacey started as a transaction coordinator, processing other agent’s sales from start to finish, all while she was working on her license requirements. Once licensed she was able to use her skills and transaction knowledge with her own clients. Stacey has worked on several types of sales (Standard, Short Sales, REO, HUD, Auction, Investment, Commercial and Rentals).
Not only is Stacey a full time Realtor, but she is a full-time wife and mother! She has been with her high school sweetheart since 2003, married in 2012, and they have 2 young sons. They love the great outdoors! They love hiking, fishing, camping, and hanging out at the river or lake in their free time. Stacey and her family moved to Boise, so she has personal firsthand knowledge of what it takes to move to a new area. (And she did it 7 months pregnant, so it can be done ha-ha!) Stacey hopes to use her personal and professional experience to be a resource to all her clients during and after the purchase or sale of their home!
