A kinship to this Lowcountry locale has carried with Stan since he was a child, visiting family here often in his younger days. Though not his hometown area, it seems that Stan might have had childhood fantasies of making the Mt. Pleasant region his home; after relocating here more than 20 years ago, Stan cannot imagine raising a family elsewhere. Stan's three young children enjoy the area's many recreational activities – including cheerleading, musical outlets, and Boy Scout programs – and their parents, including others across the county, enjoy the acclaimed school systems coupled with the safe, secure neighborhoods that comprise Mt.
