Stefan Pommepuy has more than 12 years of experience as a realtor in Los Angeles, where he focuses his business in the exciting and glamorous areas of Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, and Bel Air. His expertise, diligence, and service-oriented philosophy has allowed him to offer his clients an unparalleled experience when selling or buying a home.
Through his years in the business, Stefan has garnered an impressive network of high-end clients, including major executive and celebrities who look to him as a trusted advisor. Stefan has also collaborated directly with renowned developers on flips, investments, and other notable projects. Most recently, he worked with The Agency’s James Harris and David Parnes on a high-profile development project.
Prior to his real estate career, Stefan worked in sales for medical device companies, where he honed his ability to grasp extremely technical information. This skill has become helpful in his dealings with developer clients where he has been deeply involved in the construction and finishing process. Previous to that, he was co-owner of a modeling agency in South Korea.
Born in the U.S. and raised in Canada, Stefan has the advantage of being bilingual in English and French. This has become a great asset for his investor clients, many of whom are from French-speaking countries. He is well-traveled, having lived in several countries, and this has given Stefan a global outlook on business and a sense of ease when dealing with foreign clients. Always creative-minded, Stefan studied Creative Arts and Film at John Abbot College in Montreal.

He is also an advocate of animal rights, and regularly contributes to Animal Acres, Mercy for Animals, and PETA. Additionally, Stefan is a supporter of Foundation Fighting Blindness as well as The Thirst project, a charity that provides fresh water to third world countries by building wells.
