I am a full-time Denver residential Realtor® with 19+ years of assisting both buyers and sellers with resale, new construction, land, short sales, and bank owned properties. I strive to continually remain educated on new Denver developments that may impact the real estate community as it relates to my clients. Living in Denver for 22 years, I have an intimate knowledge of the Denver neighborhoods and can quickly identify neighborhoods based on my buyer’s requirements and accurately price my client’s home for-sale. It is my top priority to meet the expectations of my clients. You will find me to be very responsive, diligent, knowledgeable, and resourceful. This is my full-time profession and my business is built around ensuring that my clients are extremely satisfied.

I am sort of a data and tech geek and find both important in helping me understand our local market and maximize exposure to my client’s home when selling. Prior to being a REALTOR®, I worked for 20 years in medical software sales. I would say my negotiation skills are one of my strengths. My experiences took me inside many of the most respected hospitals in the world like Memorial Sloan Kettering. This industry was exciting however after years of travel I decided to follow my mother’s footsteps and become a REALTOR®. While I was growing up, she was a working mom while my dad ran our family pharmacy, “Fix Pharmacy”! I grew up working for my dad after school and on the weekends. My other life experiences had me teaching English in Japan for 2 years and living in Keystone CO and skiing for 2 seasons. Outside of real estate, you will find me on the tennis courts, at one of my favorite restaurants or talking about a great bottle of wine I tasted! I am a member of the Denver Board of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors® and Colorado Association of Realtors®. Additionally, I am a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist’s designation by documented performance in the Top 10% of my market, and successfully demonstrating expertise in the luxury home market. I am also a Certified New Home Specialist.
