We are a Father/Daughter team and are part of the Talbot/Smith Real Estate Group with Re/Max Results. Dan has been licensed as a real estate salesperson in Minnesota since 1977. Dan obtained his Minnesota real estate brokers license in 1992. Stephanie has been licensed as a real estate salesperson in Minnesota since 2008. We sell homes all over the Twin Cities Metro area, and are committed to providing the best service possible to all generations of Sellers and Buyers. We have extensive experience in traditional real estate transactions as well as bank owned properties, estates, and short sales.
