Stephen DeCristo

Stephen began his career in the financial industry but has always possessed a passion for architecture and personal residences. He is originally from upstate New York and graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a BS in Technology & Education. Time and a strong desire to learn as much as possible about high growth southern cities fed the desire to get into the real estate industry. Stephen spent 19 years as a Broker/Realtor®® in Orlando, Florida, including six years as a managing Broker. After he purchased a second home on Lake Norman in 2017, he earned his real estate license in North and South Carolina and began selling in the Charlotte region.

Stephen has 20 years of experience as a top producing Broker/Realtor® and is proud to represent buyers and sellers with the purchase and sale of single-family residences, income producing, as well as commercial properties. He prides himself on his knowledge of current transactions, neighborhood information, and related services including mortgage, insurance, and inspection information. Stephen lives in the Elizabeth neighborhood with his Morkie, Marti. He enjoys spending free time boating on Lake Norman, attending car shows, playing pickleball or tennis, and exploring the burgeoning restaurant scene in the Queen City.
