Stephen Lampe

Mr. Lampe graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Accounting & Finance. Upon graduation, he was recruited to the CPA firm of Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles where he was engaged in Auditing and Tax Consulting for a variety of industries including Real Estate, Financial Institutions and Investment firms.

Mr. Lampe specialized in the sale of multifamily investment properties in the greater Los Angeles area at a national brokerage company from 1993 to 2004 prior to his tenure at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty.
During his career, he has closed over $2 Billion in sales transactions and was recognized numerous times for outstanding achievement:

The Greater Los Angeles South Bay office of RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty opened in 2005 with Mr. Lampe as one of the founding principles and the acting broker for the office. RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty has been ranked consistently by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the 25 Largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerages in Los Angeles since 2006. In 2006, Mr. Lampe opened the brokerage’s second office in Downtown Los Angeles. RE/MAX Commercial has 622 offices throughout the United States and internationally and closed over $11 billion in commercial and investment sales transactions in 2018. Ranked in the top 25 of Commercial Brokerages by the LABJ in 2022.
