Stephen Lampe

Steve graduated from the University of South Florida in 1986 with a Bachelor of
Business Administration, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Post-graduation,
he was recruited by the CPA firm Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles, where he
gained experience in auditing and tax consulting across various sectors, including
real estate, financial institutions and investment companies.
From 1993 to 2004, Steve specialized in selling retail and commercial properties in
Los Angeles with Marcus & Millichap Brokerage Company. In 2005, he co-founded
the Greater Los Angeles South Bay office of RE/MAX Commercial & Investment
Realty, and expanded to a second office in Downtown LA a year later. Under his
leadership, the independently run firm has consistently been ranked by the Los
Angeles Business Journal as one of the 25 largest commercial real estate brokerages
in Los Angeles.
RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty is part of the global RE/MAX network,
servicing nearly 100 countries and handling billions in annual transactions. With
over 600 locations in the U.S. and abroad, the network closed over $20 billion in
commercial and investment sales transactions in 2024. Throughout his extensive
career, Steve has completed over $2.5 billion in sales, earning numerous
accolades and respect as a leading broker and owner within the RE/MAX Network.
