Steve Craft is a hard-charging professional who gets the job done. Day 1, he and his team thoroughly evaluated the property I wanted to sell. Foundation, HVAC, and even the type of grass in the yard. Nothing was missed. Steve and his team were very confident that they would find a buyer for my property within 2-3 weeks. It only took 2 weeks. Steve worked everyday, including weekends, to make the sell happen. His philosophy is "Successful people don't have a clock-out time." He certainly lived by this philosophy until the last step of the sell was accomplished.

I auditioned other real estate agents, and most of them offered a significantly lower selling price than Steve, by nearly $30K. Steve Craft can look at a property, use his past experience of what buyers want in a property, and take action to ensure the best possible outcome for his client. I strongly recommend Steve Craft and his team to anyone interested in selling there property. With them, you will rest easy knowing that you have a top-tier group of professionals dedicated to helping you achieve a significant financial accomplishment.
