My wife inherited property including a house after her parents deceased. Her brother, who lives locally, gave us Steve's name. Steve looked at the property as a development situation, gave us an offer. Boom! The deal was struck quickly. Steve was very helpful as we waded through the closing process. We live in NJ so dealing with inspection snags could have been troublesome. His help finding service people was invaluable. The alternative was wandering through the yellow pages, comparing quotes and holding one's breath from 750 miles away. Technically, Steve was on the other side of the transaction, but he effectively functioned as our agent here. Steve Dykstra earned our trust. We will use him if we ever have reason to deal in real estate in GR again.

Steve went the extra mile to be very creative on the purchase of this property. We looked at multiple pieces of property and he was able to find this piece of property for us. There were some septic issues, estate issues and multiple family members that were out of state that all had to be negotiated with. A simple land purchase became very complicated and Steve plowed thru all of them to make the purchase happen. He was very good at working with the township and the family's attorneys. He wanted to make sure everything was done right so we wouldn't have any problems later. His knowledge of the area and land purchasing was awesome.
