I worked with Steve to buy my first home in 2015, and he was incredibly helpful and patient when guiding me through the process. I knew I wasn't going to work with anyone other than Steve when it was time to sell the house. When I decided to sell at the beginning of this year I was nervous because I no longer live in CO, but Steve took care of everything and made the process so easy and stress-free for me. I continue to recommend Steve to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home in Northern CO!

Steve was a pleasure to work with. He helped us when we needed it but wasn't pushy and didn't try to force us into any decisions we weren't ready for.
