We had dealt with other agents, but Steven clearly stood out. He was always courteous and patient, and we never felt that we were hurried or pushed to make any decision. He answered every single question we had clearly, and made sure we understood what was important. Very early in the home buying process it was clear to us that Steven was someone we could trust - he wasn't there to just sell us a house, but to make sure we got our "WOW" house. And that is exactly what he did. He knew the market very well, understood exactly what we were looking for and worked hard and diligently. He moved fast when it was necessary, and put it a winning offer for us on a Sunday evening! I would definitely recommend Steven Bloom unconditionally to my very own family. And of course we will deal with no one else when it is time to buy/sell again. In a nutshell, my wife and I agree it doesn't get any better that Steven Bloom.
