Since 2002, Steven Bui has been serving buyers and sellers in the Bay Area with integrity, challenging work, and the irrepressible drive to help them reach their goals. He has not only represented residential clients, investors, and banks, but he is also a certified mortgage planner, making him uniquely equipped to advise people on a wide variety of real estate topics.

Drawn into the business as a natural extension of his successful career as a life insurance salesperson, Steven began working in real estate as a loan agent. After witnessing subpar business practices far too often, Steven decided to be effective in the industry by becoming a realtor® himself. Since then, he built an impeccable history of delighting clients by closing contracts quickly at top-dollar. In fact, he sells seven times as single-family homes as the average San Jose agent.

When not using his vast sales expertise to win deals for his clients, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. Always at home in the outdoors, they often run and bike together on San Jose’s trails and parks. Another favorite pastime is of Steven’s is soccer—he is an avid fan and loves to get onto the field for a game whenever possible.
