Music, architecture, and building exquisite homes have always been in Steven's blood. A successful musician, producer, and composer, he also built his first home from scratch at age 25.

Over the last 25 years, Steven wrote and produced many successful records, contributed to countless recordings, and worked with a vast assortment of artists. All the while, he continued to buy, remodel, and sell homes in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Studio City.
