Steven Melnick

A Denver native and associate broker with 33 years of experience. An investor who’s purchased, rehabilitated, and resold 20+ homes for a profit. Active in managing income property since 1998. Currently owns and manages income producing rental units. Former member of the Apartment Association of Colorado. Practiced as a Registered Appraiser for three years, assisting Bank One in their Home Equity Lending division. Active as both a participant and a volunteer in many community events and clubs.

At an early age, his father taught him to respect people, their finances, their time, and their businesses. Steven knows the importance of making a house a home for a family, being a father of three and a grandfather of four. Proudly serving the Denver area.
