Mr. Skarphol’s career of senior level executive management positions and ownership at top real estate firms forged expertise in: land development, industrial/office warehouse, commercial, retail, hospitality, homebuilding, and general construction in AZ, CA, and the Midwest. This high level of experience provides extensive knowledge in RE related fields such as acquisition, negotiation, investment, land planning, entitlement, zoning, construction, finance, consulting, short sales, foreclosures and REO.
In addition, as an entrepreneur, Skarphol founded a technology/communications firm servicing Fortune 500 companies in Arizona, which he subsequently sold to a Top 10 rated Arizona Technology Company.
