Sudi Swirles

Sudi is passionate about her work, her family, and life in general. She brings enthusiasm to everything she does. Her success in real estate is based on decades of close relationships with clients who trust her integrity and knowledge of the Triangle Market. Her expertise helps them make one of the most important decisions of their lives. One of Sudi’s skills is negotiation. She believes in collaboration to achieve a successful outcome for both buyers and sellers.

Sudi grew up on the North Shore of Chicago in a family that enjoyed fine food, wine, and travel. These passions led her to become a pioneer in the restaurant revolution in downtown Durham when she owned and ran Sudi's Restaurant on Main St for over 10 years. Sudi's offered an eclectic menu of Mediterranean cuisine long before it was popular in this area.

Believing in the future of downtown Durham, she bought a beautiful 1920s colonial on Trinity Ave over 30 years ago which she fully restored and still owns today. Sudi enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and Rolf, her German Shepherd rescue.
