Susan Baca

Susan is known for going the extra mile to ensure the success of her clients. A University of Colorado business school graduate, Susan has been living and working in Colorado all her adult life. Susan has completed over two hundred transactions since becoming a real estate broker in 2004 and has received numerous industry awards in the years she has been licensed. Susan's success is a result of her exceptionally loyal clientele (the "partners" in Baca Partners), personal referrals, and repeat business in this competitive marketplace. Susan has a deep love and commitment to Waldorf education, is a former member of the Shining Mountain Waldorf School Board of Trustees and has two children who attended Shining Mountain from kindergarten through 12th grade. When Susan is not collaborating with clients, she spends her time doing yoga, hiking, and traveling.
