Susan Irving

Susan Irving is executive director of the Architectural Division of Nourmand & Associates. With more than four decades of service, Nourmand employs its extraordinary relationship network and unmatched market expertise to achieve results for its valued clients.

Known for integrity, discretion, and financial acumen, Susan has represented sellers and buyers on Los Angeles Westside for two decades. Her clients include leaders in business, finance, entertainment, and real estate.

Susan began her career as a CPA at a global accounting firm, as a financial executive at a public technology company, and in business management for high-net-worth clients in entertainment and business.

Susan is passionate about art, architecture, and design. She and her husband collect unique pieces of art and furniture and have restored several architectural properties. They currently live in a home designed by one of Southern California’s revered modernists. They’re actively involved in our philanthropic community, serving on boards of non-profit and community organizations focusing on children and older adults, education, health, and the arts.
