About Susan

Susan is a Native Californian and has lived in the South Bay for more than 40 years. After living in Manhattan’s Tree Section for 30 years with her husband Darrell, a Manhattan Beach native and retired police officer, the Jensen’s moved to Hermosa Beach. They have three grown children who attended the local Manhattan Beach public schools: Aaron Jensen, Alli Baldocchi and Shawn Jensen.

Susan has been selling real estate with outstanding results since 1978. She is a full-time licensed real estate broker specializing in residential sales. A consistent winner to those she represents, Susan has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Residential Sales Council for the REALTORS National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. She has personally sold hundreds of properties throughout the South Bay and LA area.
