Susan helped us find and purchase our home last year. She was great to work with and worked hard for us over a couple month period to help us find our home. She was so helpful when looking at locations, age, parking, and size for our home requirements. She knows the Seattle area very well and is knowledgeable about all the different areas of the city. When it came time to make an offer she helped us come up with a plan that worked and ended with us getting the house. The entire buying process took less than a month and we closed without any issues. Susan included a home warranty with the purchase, which we used to buy a new hot water heater. Susan has kept in touch with us over the past year and really appreciated all the improvements we have made to the home. Should our house ownership change we have no hesitation that we would contact Susan to handle our sale. I would highly recommend her to any prospective home buyer in the Seattle market.
