Susan was always professional, but she was always caring and compassionate. My parents are in their 90’s and sold their home of 49 years for assisted living. Susan went out of her way to make the transition as easy as possible for them. Susan was truly a blessing to all of us.

Susan's service and passion for her clients is so above and beyond anything I have experienced before, so far beyond what you would expect from a realtor that I had a hard time writing this review.

She provided so many more services, did so many more things than I expected, and worked so hard to do everything you could imagine to make our experience better that if I listed them all in this review, I don't think people would believe it.

I don't think this woman sleeps. She was always taking care of things for us, always providing additional information and advice, always helping us work through issues, always taking on more. I kept telling her that I was starting to feel guilty about how much she was doing. And she always said, "I love doing this!". And then she would do something more for us.

Beyond her hard work and professional skill and experience, her care and advocacy for her clients were invaluable to us.

Our cross-country move after just retiring and trying to find our next home in an unfamiliar place was sometimes very stressful. And we were looking for very hard-to-find special things in our next home - probably our last home .

Susan helped us work through the process of figuring out what we were really after, pointed out options we didn't realize were available and took us under her wing and helped us through some uncertainties and anxieties that we didn't expect to have around this purchase.

She recognized we weren't buying just a house, we were buying a home and that can definitely be an emotional experience. And she was patient and supportive and kind through the whole process.

From the moment we first spoke, she treated us like the most important people in the world. And now, after we have drunk the champagne she brought to our closing, and signed the closing papers with the special gift pens she gave us, and fed the treats she gave us to our dogs, and laughed at each other's corny jokes and have moved into a dream home that is totally different from what we thought we were after, and so much nicer than anything we ever expected we would live in, Susan is still serving us.

At her urging, I still regularly ask her for advice on lawn services, and handimen, and mechanics, and festivals and museums and dog-walkers. And just like during our search and purchase, Susan always comes through.

There's a lot more Susan and her team did to help my family find and settle into our new home. But I already don't know if you'll actually believe a realtor would do so much extra for a client. I don't think I would have believed it before we met Susan.

Hire her! You'll have a blast. You'll get a fantastic realtor. And you'll find out that it's all true.
