It was 3 years ago that I met Suzanne. She was recommended by a friend who thought she would be a good match for me...and was she ever! I was selling my home of 50 years, which I dearly loved and moving across the country to be closer to family. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. Suzanne was with me every step of the way...helping me sort through all of the legal stuff, finding good workmen, inspectors, antique dealers, etc. She connected with me regularly both in person and by phone.
I would highly recommend Suzanne to anyone interested in selling a home. She goes over and above in every way. You will be glad you contacted her!

When we began looking for a place to retire to in the Gettysburg area, we had the great fortune to meet Suzanne. She talked with us about our wants and interests. She showed us a variety of houses and properties, discussed the pros and cons of each with us, and gauged our reactions. We wound up in a wonderful house in a super community with her help, insight, knowledge of the area, and guidance. She stuck with us through finding financing and negotiating with the sellers. I first met Suzanne when she was starting her career as a realtor, and I had recently accepted a job in Thurmont, MD. My wife, Vicki and I were living in Somerset County and wanted to find a house near the Maryland border for our young family. Suzanne and I looked at many houses before we came across the one that I had remarked “now I can sell mine.” That was the first of several housing projects that Vicki and I enlisted Suzanne’s help on. Three years ago, Vicki and I were looking for another house we would regard as our forever home. Covid-19 had hit, but with Suzanne’s expertise, we found the house and made an acceptable offer. Over the years and working with Suzanne, our trust for her has flourished. The house we ended up purchasing was a home we didn't even have on our radar, that she ended up showing us. If it wasn't for her, we wouldnt be in our current home. Since neither of us lived locally, Suzanne’s willingness to go above and beyond a realtor’s usual responsibilities helped us tremendously. Whenever we needed help, she was there. She helped us find people to clean the house, pack up and donate books, and dispose of cleaning and gardening supplies. She even helped us find a plumber for an eve of closing leak. We can’t share enough good comments about Suzanne.. She is no doubt the best realtor with whom we have worked, and we’ve bought and sold some seven houses. Not only was she pleasant and respectful of her client’s needs, a good listener, and always efficient, but she went out of her way to find resources for us, connecting us with people to complete renovations needed to sell. She always presented us with clear options, and she was never hard to reach. This latter quality is crucial, as many agents are eager to sign with you but seem less available once you have established a contract. With Suzanne, we could rely on the fact that she was with us till the sale, not seemingly engaged on other projects such that we didn’t hear from her. To sum up: she is competent, caring, and just a fine human being who made the selling process pleasant.. We strongly recommend her and would most gladly work with her in the future.
