Suzanne Paine

Suzanne’s success in real estate speaks for itself by the extremely positive feedback received from all her very satisfied clients and by the referrals they sent her.

She has over 27 years of experience as a negotiator with a 98% closing ratio based on the number of transactions opened and successfully closed. Positive proactive thinking and honest transaction dealing has given her an impeccable reputation. She is a mother of two boys, both are Eagle Scouts with Troop 507 and graduates of La Canada High School. Now that her children are grown, she has even more time to provide the best experience ever to her real estate clients.

Suzanne was born in Detroit and moved to the La Canada area in 1990. She loves animals of all kinds, singing and playing bass guitar with various musical groups including the worship group at church. She has enjoyed her membership of a book club for over 15 years.
