Suzette has been in the Real Estate industry all her life. Besides helping people grow and protect their wealth with the utmost discretion, she has also patched a roof in a rainstorm, designed kitchens, laid granite flooring, landscaped gardens all by herself, and supervised construction crews on properties of her own. Her first job in Real Estate was processing home loans in the 1970s, and then she began selling Real Estate, before becoming a California Certified Appraiser. In the 80s, The Kitselman Company grew to be the largest Appraisal company in the San Francisco Bay Area and was on the Top 5 Approved Appraisers List of every major Bank. Providing Expert Witness Testimony in court on Real Estate matters, Suzette was also a Government Contractor with the Office of Thrift Supervision, while personally Investing in and restoring Historic Victorians in San Francisco.
After 11 years, she sold her Appraisal company to her employees, and became a Mortgage Broker in the 90s, to learn the financing side of the industry. She was a Top Producer at InterBay Financial for several years. Returning to Southern California in 2000, Suzette founded Independent Investments, LLC, for the acquisition of properties nationwide.
Going back to her first love, Suzette returned to Real Estate Sales in 2010. She now serves greater LA with the Stealth Bomber of Real Estate: Coldwell Banker, where she has a team of great professionals to manage the many facets of Real Estate Marketing, Graphic Design, Transaction Management, Client Special Services, Financing, PR, and Legal. Her Client Special Services/Celebrity Staffing division helps arrange Domestic Staffing including Majordomo, Chef, Housekeeping, Personal Assistant, Personal Security, and Private Jet Broker. Suzette was raised in La Jolla, California before it had attitude. She loves to travel, cook, sail; ride bicycles, waterskis horses, and is a C survivor. Speaks several languages. Has twenty-two nieces and nephews and loves them dearly. She has dreams about architecture.
