She started as a Listing Secretary in the Castleton office and quickly moved into a position with Tucker's mortgage company where she eventually became a loan officer. Her career led her to become Senior Buyer Agent for Morris Group Realty where she represented a majority of the buyers for 13 years. Upon the closing of Morris Group, she started her own company, Nobility Realty, which was very successful for almost 4 years. She found herself wanting to become a part of the Tucker family again.
