About Suzy

Suzy’s family has lived in the Spokane area for generations. Her mom was born there in 1914 and her dad was president of Dix Corporation. She grew up in Spokane and graduated from Washington State University and went on to get a master’s degree in Biology and Education with an emphasis in Anatomy and Physiology from Gonzaga University. While degrees in anatomy and education may seem odd for a realtor, that background has served her well.

She has been selling houses and properties since 1989. In the past year, she’s sold properties totaling $19 million, and in the top 20 of Spokane area realtors every year since 1998. She was also ranked in the top 3 “Best Realtor” listing in the Pacific Northwest Inlander annual readers' poll and ranked #1 realtor in August of 2020.

As a residential and property Realtor, she often handles the sale or purchase of her client’s most asset. She takes personal responsibility in that. She feels for her sellers in tough situations and realize the importance her expertise brings to their lives.
