Tanya is quite simply amazing! She made our first home buying experience so easy. We were very nervous as we were buying a house from afar and she not only made our wild schedule work, she listened to all of our requests and found us our perfect home! She also went out of her way to help us after the purchase to protect our home during an unexpected deep freeze on Christmas Eve! Five stars is not high enough! Thank you Tanya!

Tanya was referred to us by a family member and proved to be an excellent realtor. We liked our home purchase experience because she made it easy, by keeping us informed and going above and beyond for us as clients. It is especially notable that she managed all this during the Christmas holidays, when things can be more difficult (such as lack of communication from the appraiser, which she handled like a champ). I highly recommend her services to all in need of a new home.

For selling the home, she worked tirelessly to make sure that practically every agent in the area knew the house was for sale. She picked through all of the offers we received and verified that the buyers had funds available and fielded endless calls from interested realtors. We were so fortunate to have found Tanya Blocker when we moved to Omaha. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right places in Omaha. Tanya, as our Realtor, she helped us to find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Wisconsin to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for home without inspection. Several times, she showed the house we were interested in via FaceTime. Without her help, we could not buy our Omaha house in Wisconsin. After closing, we could not move to Omaha right away so she was taking care of our house while we were in Wisconsin.

In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as successful as possible. The best part about working with Tanya was that she was always more focused on answering our questions (24/7), giving us good advice, and trying to help us as much as she can. We would recommend her to anyone.
