My wife and I just completed a sale and purchase with Tarah.
We put our house on the market March 12th, only to have everything come to a screeching halt 5 days later due to covid-19. We were freaking out, but she stayed calm and kept in frequent contact with us. That was a huge help in getting us through those unprecedented times.
As soon as things opened back up, we received an offer, but not one to our liking. Her bargaining skills got the buyer to come up to an acceptable price. She was also very quick to help put out all the little fires that inevitably come up during transactions like this.

A couple of weeks later we found the house that I wanted to buy. It was only on the market for one weekend and received 6 offers, all over asking price. Again her experience and bargaining skills helped get the seller to accept my offer.
Both closings, which were two days ago, went off without a hitch and I am now in my new home.
Tarah is extremely Hands-On, in every aspect, from the very beginning stages of preparing the home for sale (repairs, upgrades, staging, ect...) All the way until closing.
I highly recommend Tarah for all of you realtor needs.

Tarah is AMAZING!! She made us feel like we were her one and only priority!! She worked so hard for us and was there for us every step of the way. As soon as my husband and I decided we were going to buy a house, there was no question on which realtor we were going to use.
I called Tarah Kuna with Kuna Estates and the search began!!!!

I’ve heard house hunting and buying is a long and difficult process and the only reason I was remotely looking forward to it was because of Tarah.
Well - turns out, when you have an amazing realtor who listens to you and really cares about your wants and needs, it’s not a long and difficult process!!
She introduced us to an incredible lender when we started working with her and I’m not kidding - we had our house found in less than 2 weeks and we’re already through 90% of the lending process.

Through the buying process I learned that not all realtors are like Tarah. The sellers realtor tried to pull some shady things, and I was so grateful to have Tarah on our side. Don’t think she’s just a pretty face folks - she’s armed to the teeth with knowledge and and experience and she’ll make sure you don’t get taken advantage of and she will go full on mama bear if anyone tries to pull a fast one or take advantage of her clients.

Thanks to Tarah, my family and I live in the area we wanted to move to, we live in an amazing home that we love.

I have had the pleasure of working a round trip (buy & sell) with Tarah, and it's like watching an artist at work. She has the ability to use her wit and charm to win anyone over, which comes in handy when you're trying to wheel and deal. In addition, she pulls out all stops ensuring top dollar for a sell and the best price for a purchase. During the sell of my property I was out of the state and she handled everything from being the buffer of the ongoing back and forth conversations to literally getting on her hands and knees like Cinderella, scrubbing a cabinet for me. She makes the process fun and if you get the opportunity to tap into her goofy side, you get entertainment as well. We tried a bargain real estate company for our initial listing to sell our home. This ending up costing us in the long run, time and money. Tarah demonstrated professionalism from start to finish. She had a plan and took action day one. She enabled us to receive a quick offer very close to our asking price. She leveraged her knowledge of Castle Pines and her network to market the home. I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to Tarah through a mutual friend and to have had all of her invaluable assistance and support through the process of purchasing my very first home. As someone that is rather particular, I knew precisely what I was looking for and exactly where I wanted it to be located. Tarah understood my vision and after some laughable experiences with everything from what could have been a miniature gnome house to questionable neighbors walking in during our showing, we found the place that I now call my own. The magical little house that finally made me become willing to give up my proximity to the trails in the town that has drastically shifted my perceptions of the world and made me who I am today in order to move from Boulder to the Tennyson/Berkley neighborhood northwest of Denver.

Tarah was an absolute blast to work with and she transformed an experience that seemed entirely overwhelming into one that was simple and an absolute pleasure. Not only did I get to work with Tarah, but her husband Tom was also always there to help as well! I could not have asked for more incredible people to have been by my side through walking in to the first house that I looked at, through a bidding war and relentless negotiations with the seller, through making tough decisions with extremely quick turnaround times after expedited inspections, and in actually purchasing the house while I was all of the way in Greece and Amsterdam on an entirely different time schedule. I completed both a home sale and purchase with Tarah as my realtor. Both processes could not have gone any better as I felt I got the best value in the ideal time frame.

On the sale side, Tarah and her team knew exactly how to set up the house to make it look fantastic for showings and photos. Tarah had any contact I needed to fix, clean, and beautify my home. This all went into the marketing tools that reached so many people! No one forgets seeing the Big Red Balloon at her open houses!! I received the price I wanted in just over a week after listing!

On the buy side your realtor needs to be on top of their game in this market to schedule showings as soon as possible and to know how to compete against multiple offers and Tarah is an expert. She is so responsive to addressing questions and managing relationships with the other parties. I got the perfect house and neighborhood to raise my kids. There is a lot of stress in a move, but Tarah really helped put my fears to rest and would recommend her to anyone!

Tarah is definitely an agent you want on your side. Not only does she understand the Denver market, and market conditions - she is willing to go above and way beyond the normal call of duty. Tarah went as far as getting babysitters for me so we could look at houses, she helped me move some of my things when the closing date was pushed back, and she was just an all around kind, compassionate and understanding person in an emotional situation. She went way above "Realtor". On top of that, she came up with a creative way to write the contract in a crazy market, and we ended up winning the bid on the house with over 100 showings and 18 offers.
