We highly recommend Terri! This was our second time working with her to find an investment property in Mississippi. We live in another state and she actively kept communication open amongst us all given the time difference and our conflicting schedules. She kept us informed throughout the whole entire process and answered any concerns we had. Terri is very knowledgeable and on top of things and this helped us to close quickly in just over a month. We are already in talks about finding another investment property next year and going through her.

Ms. Terri Lynn is the best Realtor I have ever had! She staged my current home for sell plus she hired a professional photographer for the listing. With 24 hours I had multiple offers! The winning offer was well over the asking price. Not only that, it also appraise well above the asking price, it is on track to be one of the highest comparables for the area.

Ms. Terri also connected me with a lender who pre-qualified me for my next home while I am selling my current home. I am closing on both homes on the same day and in the same closing office!

If you are looking for a Realtor who always goes above and beyond for her clients and who always keeps her clients informed and actually answers her phone or returns phone calls, I would recommend Ms. Terri as your Realtor!

It has truly been a blessing having Terri as a realtor. My husband and I were trying to sell our home and looking for another one at the same time. She made sure our house sold for a great price. At the same time we are going through the selling process we were focused on a particular area where we wanted move to, but we kept running into brick walls. And even though we kept running into walls she kept looking in that area because that was our request and she wanted to please her clients, but while she looked where we asked her to, she looked other places too, trying to broaden our horizons as to what all was out there. We prayed and asked God, "let us be in your perfect will and NOT your permissive will, You pick the house and we will move into it, show us where you want us to stay". And He lead Terri to the home we have purchased. God's ways are not your ways and His thoughts are not your thought. They are always better and He answers prayer. So glad God used Terri to help us. The home we have purchased is in a great area, and has what we asked God for in a house. Working with her has been a blessing and has made both processes, buying and selling, such a smooth transition. She talked to everybody involved, as many times as needed to make sure we had everything done that was supposed to be done, and just looked out for us in every aspect that she could. We are thankful to the Lord for her, and would highly recommend her as a realtor.

I have to thank the Lord above first. He sent me a prefect realtor. I have been searching for a house, putting in bank loans at different places for about a year. I prayed about and let it go. I started searching for a realtor and the first company I seen was Terri Lynn Smith Realty. I emailed her and she call back, from then forward it has been a blessing. I got discouraged for a second but we started back looking for a house. It was nobody but God that sent us the same house seconds apart. Mrs. Terri sent me a house then I sent her a house it ended up been the same house. Now I will be a home owner, I am so grateful for Mrs. Terri

This was my first time buying a house and I must admin that I had no idea what to expect also it was a little frightening but Terri Smith was with me every step of the way she help me find a house that was in great condition make sure there were no unexpected problems and when it came to getting Financed she help me deal with the financing company make sure I receive a good deal and every discount I was available for she also help me with getting all the paperwork together for the financing company and when things got frustrating and I wanted to give up she helped me keep it together and help me get though the tough times I highly recommend Terri Smith as your realtor she can get the job done and also has great contact to assist her I can thank her enough

Ms. Terri was very patient and encouraging during my home buying process. I reached out to her a few months back and told her that I wanted to purchase a house by October or November and she was right there to help me through the entire process. Ms. Terri was on time for every showing and always gave me honest feedback regarding each property. She made this process so much easier for me even when I got discouraged she would always say that everything was going to work out. I would definitely recommend her!!!

There is so much that I can say about Ms. Terri, but there is only one word I would use to describe her. That word is AMAZING! There was so many times that I wanted to give up in my housing searching journey due to funds, however she didn’t! When she speaks the words that everything is going to work out PLEASE believe what she is saying. Ms. Terri hasn’t fallen short of her word nor her promises.
