Terry was fabulous to work with. Easy to talk to, very understanding, and very patient with a lengthy sale process on our new home. We couldn’t be happier, and she was there with us every step of the way, explaining things, advising, and making sure every deadline was met and every document was signed correctly the first time. If I were moving again tomorrow, I’d call her, and she would be back on the hunt for another perfect home.

I chose Terry as my agent due to her deep knowledge of the Irvington area. Having been raised right around the corner from the home I was selling, plus her years of helping people buy or sell homes in the neighborhood, I knew she would be the best choice for helping us find a new, larger home. My home buying experience was somewhat complicated as my previous home was closing after the home I was buying, and this required extensive negotiations with the seller and the exploration of possible alternate financing solutions. Terry reached out to contacts to help facilitate the process and guided us through all the hurdles seamlessly. Getting the house we wanted was somewhat of a long shot, given our timing on selling, and I credit Terry with helping bring that to fruition. She was professional, very responsive, and an expert on all things Irvington. In addition, her friendliness and wonderful personality made her an absolute pleasure to work with.

Terry Melvin was super good and super patient. Great experience working. At some point I didn't have my car available and Terry was kind to even pick us up a few times. We worked over two months looking for a house and we found what we liked a lot.

Terry is the best real estate professional we have ever known. I moved back to Indiana last winter and needed to find a home. Terry kept my wife and me up to date on listings and was always accommodating when we wanted to view a home. With Terry's knowledge, she was able to point things out (good and bad) as we would tour a potential home. Terry walked us through the buying process every step of the way and made everything so easy. Terry even helped us AFTER we bought the home ensuring that our questions were answered and how to use our home warranty for coverage in which she went out of her way to help us! We highly recommend Terry and will never use anyone else but her for our real estate needs.

We first met Terry Melvin when she helped our son purchase a home. He didn’t have a very big budget, but she worked tirelessly finding a home he liked. She was very patient in the house hunt. When any we had the opportunity to move to the area, we once again went to Terry to find a home. She was extremely helpful in finding an area that suited our wants and needs. We really weren’t sure of the area we wanted to move to or if we wanted an existing home or a new build. She gave us tons of options and was also very patient with us. She was very knowledgeable in all areas of the city that we investigated. She didn’t give up on us when our indecision or pickiness got in the way! She found a home and location we love! She was very knowledgeable in all areas of the process and she was also very quick to respond to our many messages or phone calls.
