Develop and negotiate relationships with ordering dealers to decrease overall operating costs. Focus on overall operating margin cost savings through manifesting and maintaining positive relations with a network of nationwide transporters and auction yards.

Worked with Terry and his team over the last couple months searching for my first house. Could not be happier with my experience and honestly would have been lost and overwhelmed without him. Between setting up showings l, answering any odd question I had, and hooking me up with other people in his network for inspections lenders, etc… you couldn’t get a better professional in this process, especially as a first timer. 110% would recommend him to anyone in need of an agent, and absolutely will return next time around. Would give more stars if possible.
