Kathy Tyndall became a Realtor in 1983 when the internet was just a twinkle in some techie's eye. Her partner and daughter, Rachel was just 2 years old at the time. In those times, Realtors anxiously awaited the new book of listings that came out weekly and we took the books everywhere! Twenty years ago, Kathy's daughter Rachel graduated from college and joined her at RE/MAX where together, they built a dynamic business of listing and selling homes throughout the South Bay. People always wonder how they get along, working so closely together. And, amazingly, the team works very well for them. Each has their own field of expertise that they just naturally fell into as time went on. It's a match made in heaven because they have broad appeal across all age groups and price ranges.

Kathy and Rachel Tyndall are superheroes! They are so experienced and have done a wonderful job on two separate occasions. Our most recent sale of her condominium went so smoothly. There was no worry or stress on our part, and they made sure condominium sold for a top price and made it through escrow.
