Tom Davila’s passion for real estate began at an early age under the tutelage of his grandfather who taught him the true secret to success in the real estate business: Honesty. Through his experience in the entertainment industry, he cultivated long-standing relationships with some of the most influential executives in Hollywood and around the world. A lifelong Angeleno, Tom was born in Encino and raised in the Hollywood Hills. He is a graduate of the California State University-Northridge.
