Thomas Hodgdon

Thomas Hodgdon, originally from the Boston area, has a background in real estate that includes commercial, residential, investment, and distressed properties throughout the Northeast while now focusing on Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. Tom is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a BA in Finance. He previously worked for a number of financial institutions throughout the Boston, New York, and Philadelphia areas helping grow their balance sheets while mitigating risk. He provided valued financial analysis while keeping a foundation of honesty, integrity, and providing cumulative value throughout each corporate role. Tom resides in Bucks County with his wife and three children. Tom's focus is now residential/multifamily real estate and has been a Licensed Realtor since 2010. He's a proud member of the Realty One Group Legacy, the Bucks County Association of Realtors, and working with the High Performance Real Estate Network.
