Graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Economics and Business, TJ moved to Hermosa Beach in 2001 to pursue real estate. Working with ocean view properties, Powers Realty opened their first office at 131 Pier Avenue in 2019. TJ is active in every corner of the real estate market and continues to learn from the ever-changing industry while also focusing on the education of his clients.
