Tom helped me sell my home during one of the most turbulent periods the housing market has seen in the last two decades. He went above and beyond every possible expectation. Tom really is a cut above the rest and I am very thankful we found him.

We talked with two other agents while searching for our home before going with him. Both of those other agents also had great reviews and both tried to pull things suggesting they were primarily concerned with their own bottom line rather than our best interests (e.g., having us offer to cover their commission rather than the seller or to go absurd amounts over asking price to help the process go faster). Tom, on the other hand, looked out for us every step of the way, and we were able to get our dream house after only putting out a couple of offers.

Tom was extremely responsive, worked around our schedules, patiently talked me through all of the questions I had as a first time home buyer using a VA loan, and worked with us to ensure we were comfortable with every step of the process.

I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

Tom is absolutely amazing to work with. He provided much needed guidance when selling our home and even more when we purchased our new home! He was always quick to respond and available whenever we needed him. When purchasing our home he made sure to do his research and explain what a good price would be while also knowing the market. He communicated with other realtors to make sure he knew what was most important to the seller so we could make a good offer, while also feeling like we weren’t taken advantage of. He was never pushy, but gave his honest opinion when asked. In this market realtors are a dime a dozen, but Tom has been around long enough to know how to get the job done. What can I say about Tom? Sure, I can tell you he's retired Air Force and served his country in the US Air Force for over 20 years. I could probably say he serves his clients with the same dedication he gave to his country. I could also say that his reach is worldwide, with clients from Australia, Europe and beyond. Tom is the most amazing realtor. He was the one who helped us purchase our very first home 7 years ago. In that process he guided us through all the terminology, through all the first time home buyer information and he was extremely patient and understanding when we had no clue what we even wanted! We reached out to Tom recently and he was gracious enough to take us on as clients again and he put our house of 7 years up for sale and did it with professionalism and very quickly, our home had multiple offers within 3 days of listing. We were so happy with Tom throughout the home buying process! As first time home buyers we never felt pressure to pick this home or that one. He is very knowledgeable. I personally enjoyed the fact that he let us walk around on our own and he would also look around and point things out to us after we had a chance to feel out the home and look at its bones. For example, we pulled up to one home and we didn't notice the lack of sidewalk but Tom knew that since we had kids, that would be an important feature to look out for during the home buying process. He took all the information we gave him about our future home and created a customized search generator for us. It was great that we didn't have to scan and weed out the ones that were too small or past a street we didn't want to live in. I had realtors in the past who were not very responsive which is real upsetting when buying or selling a house due to the stress of making a huge financial decision. If you are looking to buy a home picking Tom would be step one in the smartest decision you make in the whole process. I recently found Tom as my realtor from friends of friends.
