Tom’s clients know that he goes above and beyond for them. He had one client
moving from Queens to Poughkeepsie. Hours before the closing, the client
realized that he needed a certified check. Tom found the closest branch of the
client’s bank which was 30 miles away. Tom drove him to the bank so our client
was able to make the closing. Later, he helped this family register their children at
their new school.

Recently, Tom received a listing for a rental property after it had been on the
market for virtually a year with another real estate agency. Tom looked the place
over, rolled up his sleeves, and worked with owner to get the place in shape. They
cleaned, painted, weeded, and lots more. Tom put the FOR SALE sign up and got
an offer that very day!
