Extremely pleased! We could not have been happier having had the opportunity to have Thomas Longmoore as our agent to find a home to relocate to Florida from Colorado, He had an agenda planned to begin day 1. He listened very well in hearing and finding homes within our price range and desired requests for 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kit, living room, dining room large enough to accommodate our current furniture; request to back up to a golf course and move in condition. He was able to get us into seeing a home that was currently filled with a renter (2 times) He assisted us in our first proposal. He took us to various areas once we realized we had fewer options in the 1st area of choice. In making a selection, he stayed with us till after midnight talking with a sales agent in Solivita. He read thru the sales contract with us as we signed numerous papers. He has a personality that from day one made you feel like you were with family rather than a stranger,. He accepted our friends as an important part of us being in the area. Our experience could not have been better. We began home hunting with him and since we are not able to be present while our home is being built - Tom has made us feel like our work together will remain open as needed. We recommend him 100%!!
