Tiffany was wonderful. Aggressive, but not pushy. Firm, but not overwhelming. Since we had not been in the buying or selling arena in fifty-five years, she taught us the process. She was always polite and attentive to OUR needs. Most importantly, she marketed our home and brought us prospects and offers. Because of Tiffany, we were able to accept an aggressive offer well over our asking price. The time table could not have been better. Tiffany is a gem who really knows the real estate business and whom we highly recommend. The excellent support from Samson Properties really showed.

Listing our house to be sold by Tiffany Dodson was the best choice we could have made. Since we had lived in our house 55 years we were not familiar with the moving/selling process. Tiffany prepared us for each step. She gave us hints and tips on how to get the house ready and how to prepare for the move. She made accommodations for our age and handicaps so we could accomplish what we needed to do. She followed up on every question we had. We put our trust in her and she didn't let us down. She is not only competent at what she does but she is a cheerful, positive and caring person.
