Tiffany is simply the best agent I could have found in the Boise area. I needed a plce for my daughter to live while attending school. This was the time when the Boise marketwas going crazy and find the perfect place was difficult. As an out of state buyer I needed a lot of information and Tiffany was always there with an appropriate suggestion. We found a place that worked well and bought it. Three years lated, school was over and it was time to sell and I did not hesitate to contact Tiffany. By then it was a tough market for seller but she came through again we completed a sale that was more than satisfactory. I recommend her to anyone needing an expert real estate agent.

A difficult real-estate transition; moving from another state with horses in tow after 20 years. My Ranch property had to be sold before my purchase in Idaho. I had many criteria’s that needed to be met including being in close proximity to my daughter & family. Tiffany did not hesitate to dive in and stick with me through the many ups and downs of this process. Always there for me with a smile on her face and the best attitude and patience.she is honest, kind, professional & devoted to doing her best; a definite star in this arena. This was our second home buying experience, the first being 13 years ago. In a VERY DIFFERENT Boise market. My husband and I were 100% feeling out of our element and incredibly overwhelmed by not only the prices, but the interest rates, and the lack of housing options. Tiffany was always so positive, so joyful, so fun to be around. She treated us like family, not clients. She ran around homes with our two little boys, she brought them little gifts/treats, and she showed up for us in so many ways. To Tiffany’s credit, she stuck by us and advocated for us through rough situations with buyers and sellers and did it all with humor and a smile on her face. We loved working with Tiffany! If you need a realtor in the Treasure Valley, call her!! She truly loves her people and we love her!!

After almost two years of looking for the right property, two different realtors, and a Boise market that was unjustifiably way over priced, my confidence in finding the property I wanted was diminishing. I finally decided to call Tiffany who was highly recommended to me by family who used her services to help find their home. In less than three months since our first phone call I closed on a great nearly one acre property exactly in the area I wanted and close to family.
I warned Tiffany that I was a difficult client with specific expectations from a realtor, and she met the challenge. Always with a smile, energy, and determination, she also doesn’t hesitate to get her hands dirty, as she even crawled under the house to verify worked had been completed by the seller. Wow! Tiffany was awesome, she was professional, responsive and helped us even when things got ugly on the lender side. It was a little rocky on the lender side but Tiffany was there the entire time to walk us through every obstacle. I would highly recommend her, she is a long time Idahoan, knows the area, the laws and if there is anything she doesn't know she will find out. Really happy we picked someone so professional!

Having loved our last realtor and finding she retired my family and I were nervous about finding another realtor who treated us like family as our past one did . After talking to a friend she referred us to Tiffany. With in minutes of talking to Tiffany and meeting her in person we knew we found the perfect person to help sell our home.

Tiffany is one of the kindest people we know. She went above and beyond helping us get into our first home. She was willing to travel, and She submitted our offer swiftly and locked it in fast! She also had some great tips and helpful things to ask for when it came to closing costs and inspections! She listens to your wants and needs.
