Tim Grossman

I have been selling, purchasing, and investing in residential and commercial real estate in Charlottesville, Waynesboro, Staunton Virginia., Upstate NY, and in Philadelphia, PA for over 20 years. I am currently living in the Ivy West Leigh Neighborhood with my wife Erin and daughters Kaitlyn (currently a 4th year at UVA) and Meghan (senior at Monticello High School). I was born and raised in Louisville, KY, went to college at Indiana University in Bloomington, and then moved to Boca Raton, FL where I worked in pharmaceutical sales for 11 years until my family and I moved to Charlottesville in 1999,

I enjoy being with family, good friends, cooking, playing tennis and squash, walking my dogs, running, swimming, and watching college basketball and football.
