Met Tim through a friend been she referred me to him because she trusted him reason why because I’ve been working with previous agent for months came up with nothing the agent was not helping me look at deals he was just waiting for me to send it to him that I have know idea on how to analyze and it seems he’s been doing other things than being my agent and teaching me how to look at deals. My friend set up breakfast at her place to speak with Tim on Jun 11 8:15 am we talked getting to know me and what I was looking for since he works on off market deals and have the connection that I was looking for and experience I knew from the same day as an investor that this would workout after Tim took down my information. The next day Tim had a deal for me that just went on the market but he knew the owner so was able to get it off market at a discount purchase price $164,000 asking price 175,000 duplex has 5 beds 3 bathroom plan on adding one more potential for rent out net monthly $1,000 can rent out for $1700 and the other unit can rent out for $900 right now doing renovations increasing the property value and getting it ready for a rental we are already looking for the next deal. Not only he was able to get my first deal but was able to coach me, guide and mentor me through the process of my a real estate investment.

I can't say enough how much help Tim was for us. Trying to sell our house has been a roller-coaster ride, and Tim was extremely flexible in finding different ways to aid us in selling our house.

Tim's knowledge of all different aspects of selling and buying is certainly refreshing. I found him to be very different and unique from other realtors. Tim was out to help me, not himself, and that meant a lot, knowing he wasn't pushing me into doing something I wasn't sure of.

Good realtor and an even better guy. I have no doubt in my mind that Tim and I would have been good friends had me met before this. If you are unsure of which person to go with, give Tim Luke a chance, you will feel like it's your own brother trying to take care of you. I've worked with Tim the first time back in the late 90s early 2000 when he did some maintenance work for me on property rentals. Flash forward to several years and he was in a real estate class I was teaching and he is now in sales! We have worked continually on and off together the past several years on referrals and input in rentals and sales in each other's field. He's a great guy! always very concerned very hard-working and detail oriented! I feel fortunate to have him in my inner circle of people I can call on to get things done fast to get the truth and to get to the bottom of any situation!
