I developed Indy Custom Real Estate in 2017 after working for several other varying types of real estate brokerage. I find most real estate service is offered within very rigid, specific rules.

Our mission is to allow our clients the opportunity to maximize their real estate transaction. We do this by offering flexible, custom programs suited for each individual client.

We do not charge 5%, 6%,7% or even higher commissions. We never charge extra fees. We put money back in your pocket.
