Tim and Sasi are the best. My wife and I were very excited during house hunting. We threw a lot of listings at Tim and Sasi to set up appointments and they never let us down. All listings that we liked, we got to see them. They efficiently made driving route plan of our appointments. At the end, we got our dream home and sold our old place within a week of listing

I have never wrote a review for anything but I thought it was worth to share my own experience about getting our first house during this difficult time. Not surprisingly, things were more challenging with pandemic situation. However, with Tim and Sasi’s help, it turned out to be a quite special experience once we fell in love with the house they showed us. Yes, there were bumps here and there but they actively helped us go through every step of the process.
We felt very comfortable to talk to Sasi dealing with all the issues and questions we had, and Tim closely helped us to strategize and negotiate for us. It only took us less than two months to close and we are now busy enjoying our first lovely home :) We became friend now and they still help us for many detail things. We highly recommend Team Sasi and Tim to any first home buyers.
