About Timothy

Originally from California, Timothy permanently moved his family to Colorado in the fall of 2015. This coming after several attempts at becoming a Colorado local. They say the 3rd time is a charm. While his is not a native to Colorado, he is proud to call Colorado his forever home and have spent nearly 20 years coming back and forth to this great state.

Timothy is very knowledgeable with regards to the Denver Metro area and its surrounding cities, including as far south as Colorado Springs and north to Fort Collins. He attended California State University Long Beach and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication and have years of experience in the business world. While most of his career has been in restaurant logistics he is positive that his experience will not go unnoticed to his future clients, having spent a great deal of time with family and friends in the real estate industry. During his free time, he loves to spend time with his only child, Gavin. They spend a great deal of time traveling the world and have been so fortunate to see how so many cultures live outside of the US. When he is not spending time with his son and or traveling, you will most likely find him at a local gym as fitness has become a very important part of his life’s journey. He enjoys attending fundraisers, supporting new business ventures and have a passion at helping others succeed in life.
