I am so thankful for Tina and the limitless help I received from her in the selling of our Aunt and Uncle's home in Bradenton. It is a true pleasure to write about what an outstanding Realtor Tina Clements is. My husband and I first met Tina in June of 2022 when she first took us around the Lakewood Ranch community. Which is a daunting task to begin with. We began our search about a year or two before we knew we would make the move to LWR. Tina showed us numerous resales and also took us to some communities with new construction. To say it took us awhile to make a decision is an understatement. During this two year process, Tina remained, patient, understanding and always a true professional throughout our journey. We are happy to say we are having a new home built in LWR and couldn't be more excited. I highly recommend Tina and would absolutely call upon her again for our future real estate needs. She is the best!

I just moved to Venice Florida from Iowa as a single female knowing no one in town. Tina has just been incredible. Looking at house after house with me , knowing the right area for me to start a new life, meeting me at my new lot when I did make my decision to build, walking me thru the communities that fit my lifestyle and livelihood at 59. She brought preseco for pictures with her and Neal communities representative Eryn. I seriously have never received the service and caringness from anyone as I have from Tina. She went further to help me secure a rental property while I build. Sending me condos to consider and other rentals that I might like.

Tina went above and beyond. I was an out of town buyer, she found homes that met exactly what we wanted, spent two entire days showing them to me, and never once pushed.

Ultimately, we found the perfect home, and after that, she organized all the details, hook-ups, deadlines, and everything. Basically, she did 95% of the work, all I had to do was review her work and sign the dotted line.
