About Tina

Tina comes from a strong corporate background and has nearly two decades of vast real estate experience working with contractors and real estate brokerages in the purchases, sales and remodeling of her own real estate investment portfolio. In that regard, her experience ranges from the entry level single family residences, to high-end beach and residential properties, as well as multi-family units. She has been involved in all aspects of real estate and construction, ranging from the development stage, construction to interior design and landscape construction. She has also purchased and rehabbed many homes in the Orange County, allowing her to share her expertise in home building and renovation with her clients; skilled in the coordination and supervision of contractors to insure that a project is completed in a timely manner and within budget. Consequently, a long list of discriminating clients, ranging from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, rely on Tina to help them navigate the coastal Orange County real estate market, as well as to consult them on how to maximize the value of their properties. Additionally, adding to her vast real estate experience, she has participated in the acquisitions of hotels for a major hotel chain and the purchase of Pebble Beach Golf properties by a private group.
